When I first spoke to Karen & David about their Mexican Destination Wedding, I knew they had big plans in store. Both being from Mexican backgrounds, they wanted their destination wedding to incorporate Mexican traditions. Especially an 18 piece Sonoran Band! They had their traditional catholic wedding ceremony in Playa del Carmen at Capilla de Nta SeƱora del Carmen. Then the bride and groomwere transferred by Paradise Transfers directly to their reception location at Villa de la Joya, a spectacular Ocean front Villa in Playa Paraiso in the Riviera Maya. We arrived at the Villa and quickly started the bride and groom photos are the property. Their were so many breath taking locations. Shortly after their guests arrived everyone was seated and the mother of the bride gave a tear jerking speech. The bride and groom thanked everyone for their travels to their destination wedding, and then the party and dancing started. Their 18 piece Sonoran band arrived to kick of the dancing. Of course there was tequila drinking and mariachis as well to top off the party. Overall in was a super fun wedding and I had a blast shooting Karen & David Mexican Destination Wedding!
